Jeff and Shaila's Wedding Day!

Married for a few hours and married for 63 years!

On Jeff and Shaila's big day it was clear to me that their family and friends are very important to them. With more than 20 people in the wedding party and over 300 guests, you could see how important family ties are. The couples dance was a perfect testament to this. In this fun tradition where all the married couples in the crowd come out to dance together, the longest married at this wedding had been together for over 63 years! It was exciting to hear the advice from that couple at the dawn of Jeff and Shaila's life together.

With this all day wedding shoot we did nearly everything in the book, including bride and groom portraits, bridal party and family formals, detail shots, coverage of all types, and a whole lot more! Personally I had a blast using off camera flash for portraits and detail shots.

But my favorite part of Jeff and Shaila's day was that I was given the privilege of being close. It was amazing to be able to capture so many one-of-a-kind moments that happened on their wedding day.
