My husband and I eloped in Shenandoah National Park over our spring break. We were in touch with Rob early on about our non-traditional plans and he completely understood our vision. He helped us to plan out the day well in advance since we did not know the area and provide very helpful suggestions for hair and make up as well. We really felt that we were in good hands on the day of our elopement. Rob was in the background capturing all of the moments that were so important to us. He had a great eye for how the shots would turn out and helped us to feel at ease. We were so happy with how they turned out. He really captured our very best selves.

He has such passion and such a clear vision for every facet of the process. He is incredibly creative and surprisingly agile! We did our engagement photos during a 10 mile hike up Old Rag. Rob ran circles around us, capturing incredible pictures along the way. Rob was also a very steady and calming force before the ceremony. [My husband] was super stressed about last-minute changes but Rob kept him focused on what matters, allowing him to relax. So many of the photographers we spoke with before our wedding seemed to be focused on small details, where Rob was focused on our story.
