Good Afternoon Annapolis

Personal

When I think of Annapolis Maryland, I immediately think of the Naval Academy, water, boats, and a big city. Having never been to the heart of Annapolis, I never realized how quaint and fun this town is. My friends and I explored the streets, visited shops, ate great burgers, and thoroughly enjoyed our few short hours.

We only got a faint taste of the Naval Academy (midshipmen walking down the streets and one quick view of the visitor center), but I got plenty of images from around the town that tell a neat story of the unique culture. I was struck by how much color is in this town, especially on the buildings. I don’t remember other towns embracing color the way Annapolis does.

I hope to make it back to Annapolis, there is a lot more to explore, and a lot more to photograph! Enjoy the images!

Meet Rob Jinks

I don’t take it lightly when you invite me into your story.

After 10+ years and hundreds of weddings, this remains true: it all starts with trust, connection, and a shared belief that this really matters.

Whether we’re hiking through Shenandoah, gathering with your people downtown, or in the backyard of a beloved home, I’m there to notice what’s sacred and make it last. I aim to capture the kind of photographs that don’t just look beautiful, but genuinely reflect you and the life you’re creating.
