Gride and Groom Sherwood Garden Baltimore Wedding portrait

Sam and Emma have been family friends for a number of years now, so when they asked me to be their wedding photographer I was honored and excited! I always love photographing a friend’s wedding and knowing the connections, family members, and even guests in attendance. It brings a special excitement to the day.

One of the main aspects of Sam and Emma’s day that I loved was that spring officially arrived! I was so excited for the new leaves, flowers, warm temperatures, and extended sunlight hours. They were married at Faith Christian Fellowship, Emma’s home church in Baltimore Maryland. Less than a mile away from the church was Sherwood Gardens, where flowers and tree buds were blooming in full! It was a beautiful backdrop for portraits with the bridal party and the bride and groom.

We could not have asked for a better wedding day, and I could not have asked for a better couple to work with! Congrats to Sam and Emma!

I don’t take it lightly when you invite me into your story.

After 10+ years and hundreds of weddings, this remains true: it all starts with trust, connection, and a shared belief that this really matters.

Whether we’re hiking through Shenandoah, gathering with your people downtown, or in the backyard of a beloved home, I’m there to notice what’s sacred and make it last. I aim to capture the kind of photographs that don’t just look beautiful, but genuinely reflect you and the life you’re creating.
