When I first met Keith and Cheryl, the two of them were riding down the street on their Harley Davidson Motorcycles, ready for their motorcycle themed engagement session. What a first impression! They are each avid riders and wanted to feature this passion in their engagement photos.

After that first impression and after seeing through a tough motorcycle exterior I found Keith and Cheryl to be two of the most kind people I have ever photographed.

Their wedding was held at the First Baptist Church of Kingstowne with a reception at Rockledge Manor in Occoquan.  From the ceremony through the reception, there was a clear focus on the people in each of their lives. I was blessed to have been so close and involved on this special day, surrounded by a wonderful couple and fun people to photograph.

I don’t take it lightly when you invite me into your story.

After 10+ years and hundreds of weddings, this remains true: it all starts with trust, connection, and a shared belief that this really matters.

Whether we’re hiking through Shenandoah, gathering with your people downtown, or in the backyard of a beloved home, I’m there to notice what’s sacred and make it last. I aim to capture the kind of photographs that don’t just look beautiful, but genuinely reflect you and the life you’re creating.
