It’s always an honor when a good friend and a fellow wedding pro asks you to capture his engagement photos. Romin, a wedding DJ, asked me to capture his engagement photos and I was stoked! He is terrific wedding DJ who I regularly refer to my couples for their music and lighting needs.
Romin and Johanna wanted to have their engagement session in the Shenandoah because it was simply an epic outdoor space that they both loved. On the way up the mountain on the day of their shoot we were all nervous due to pouring rain! Fortunately the small storm cell was isolated and left us with a wonderful array of clouds and colorful light that evening. Romin and Johanna were even up for staying longer and we waiting for darkness in order to grab a night portrait under the stars!
